Trust is a workflow boundary.

This page describes the current product boundary. It is not a legal guarantee and should be reviewed with counsel before production use.

What the public diagnostic collects

The diagnostic collects structured workflow context, scoring inputs and optional contact details only when you choose to save, email or submit a POC. It does not require sensitive enterprise file uploads.

Product boundaries

• No raw contact information is sent to analytics events.
• Deterministic scores are not controlled by an AI model.
• Public users cannot list another anonymous session.
• A model provider cannot decide permissions or execute external actions.

Retention and deletion

The intended defaults are 30 days for incomplete anonymous sessions, 90 days for completed sessions without contact, and a policy-defined period for submitted leads. The production retention period remains a business and legal decision. Contact hello@yuexu.ai to request deletion.

Providers and data movement

Supabase, Resend, analytics and any AI provider are optional integrations. They are not considered connected until the relevant production environment is configured and verified. Cross-border processing must be disclosed before activation.
